This watercolor required a very precise drawing because a lot of the very white petals were protected with frisquet. I then applied a wash of yellow, light lavender and different blues for the sky. Stapple and let dry flat.

I then created some flowers in negative on both sides. I then re-wet the sheet and put another wash to darken the lower flowers. I put color between the flowers. I make some ondulations in the petals of some daysies. I let dry flat and then remove all the frisquet; whites!

I then created the roundness and sunny colours of the buttons. I painted a light shadow from one daisy upon the other. I also painted the stems.

The flowers seem sun-kissed and caressed by the wind. It is painted on an Arches 140lbs. rough, 22 x 30. It is one of my best work... it sold in 2 days.
